Era Phillips Jones Services for Era Phillips Jones will be held Monday, January 24, 2011, at 12:00p.m., at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with the Reverend Dennis Duvall officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery, with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Jones, age 91, of Meridian, died Friday, January 21, 2011, at Rush Hospital. Mrs. Jones was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She resided at Silver Leaf Manor the last 10 years, prior she resided in Druid Hills. Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Jones Richardson, of Meridian, two sons, Donald Wayne Jones, of Meridian, and H.W. "Sonny" Jones, Jr., of California. She was also survived by six grandchildren, Michael Richardson, Alicia Richardson Acord, Rob Richardson, Trey Jones, Phillip Jones, and Donald Jones, six great-grandchildren, Ali Acord, Michalea Acord, Ryleigh Richardson, Cooper Richardson, Kell Jones, and Emerson Jones, and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband H.W. "Red" Jones. The Family request that memorials be made to Faith Baptist Church building fund. Visitation will be held Monday, January 24, 2011, from 10:00a.m.-12:00p.m., at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home. Family and friends may sign the online guestbook at robertbarhamffh.com.
