A funeral service will be held Friday, January 31, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Bro. Sam Brown officiating. Burial to follow at Chunky Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Eris A. Blake, age 100 of Chunky passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at North Pointe Health and Rehab.

Survivors include her sons, John David Blake (Sally), Charles R. Blake (Becki) and William "Bill" R. Blake (Dianne); grandchildren, John Matthew Blake, Joe Blake, Sarah Pressler, and Jennifer McIlwain (Wade); great-grandchildren, Blake Pressler, and Addy Grace McIlwain; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, F. C. "Cliff" Blake; parents, John Henry and Onie Adams; siblings, Dolan Adams, Garvin Adams, and Percy "Dick" Adams.

Pallbearers will be John Clark, Joey Murphey, Johnny Russell, Joe Clark, Sam Gressett, and Wade McIlwain.
