Ethan Patrick Butler, age 22, of Meridian, MS, passed away Friday, April 3, 2026, at University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Ethan was a loving and caring person and a joy to be with. He loved his dog Phoebe. He was an avid watcher of his brother's basketball games. Ethan was also a lover of video games. Super Mario was his favorite character in the games he enjoyed playing. His favorite color was red, and everything had to be red. His favorite foods, or as his family would say, his diet was Little Caeser's and Mountain Dew. Ethan was a believer in his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

He is survived by his adopted parents and grandparents, Martin and Amy Butler, his birth mother, Amanda Thomas, brother, Kaden Butler, his uncles; Jerry Butler (Joyce), Kenneth Butler (Robin), Steve Butler, Darren Comans (Cindie) and his aunt, Vicki Fitch (Brian).
