Mrs. Skinner, 66, of Chunky, passed away December 5, 2016.

Evelyn was born in Jackson, Mississippi and spent her childhood there. She traveled the south extensively before starting her family and settling in Meridian. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Lee and Agnes Lorraine Anderson.

Pallbearers will be Dan Williams, Anthony Williams, Derick Burchfield, Jimmy Henry, Shawn King, Ronald Phillips, Randy Phillips, Thurman Rogers, Nikki Rogers, and Trevor Miller.
