Faye Wright Henson

Funeral services for Faye Henson will be held Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Dr. Marcus Finch officiating. Burial will follow at Jones Chapel Church of God Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Henson, age 82, of Meridian, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Rush Foundation Hospital.

Faye was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother and the greatest joy of her life was spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Kevin Henson and wife, Roxie; daughters, Kathy Foster husband, David, and Melanie Finke husband, Chris; grandchildren, Susan Stokes, Ben Stokes, Kevin Lee Henson, Caroline Henson, Michael Finke, and Ashley Finke; great grandchild, Addie; sister, Margaret Allen husband, Billy; brother, Edgar Lee Wright wife, Marguerite; sister-in-laws, Jennie Watkins and Gail Henson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Lee Henson; parents, Lee and Maggie Faye Wright; and sister, Patricia Wright.
