Fran Boardman Services for Fran Boardman will be held Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 10:00 A. M. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Rev. Kevin Jones officiating. Burial will be in Graham Cemetery. Mrs. Boardman, 65 of Meehan, died Saturday, July 3, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Boardman was a member of Faith Baptist Church where she taught the Strivers Sunday school class for many years. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and Meemaw. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Boardman of Meehan, daughter, Veronica Hicks and her husband, Dennis of Meehan, son, Scott Boardman and his wife, Angela of Nixa, MO, Grandchildren, Cody Hicks and his wife, Krista, Kyle Hicks, Katlyn Boardman and Cameron Boardman, a great granddaughter, Kaitlyn Harris, Brother, George Reed and his wife, Rita of Meridian and a host of other family and friends. Mrs. Boardman is preceded in death by her parents, Damon and Pearline Reed. Pallbearers will be, John Cook, L. C. (Sonny) Hopkins, Fred Hataway, Bobby Jones, Irvin Sharp, and Jimmy Mitchell.
