Frances "Frankie" G. Thomley

Services for Frances G. “Frankie” Thomley will be held Friday, July 19, 2024, at 2pm at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with the Reverend Dr. Rick Brooks officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Community Cemetery in Lauderdale County.  Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Thomley, age 85, of Meridian, MS, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS.

She is survived by her daughter Tiffany Farmer (Matt); grandson Ellis Farmer; step-daughters Donna, Deborah, Deanna, and Denise; and a host of other family members and friends.

Mrs. Thomley is preceded in death by her husband Wilbern E. Thomley; her parents George White and Bertha Mae Scruggs White; siblings Jack White, Alton “Cooney” White, Harold “Buck” White, Lois Molphus, Anita Ivy, Eloise Whitehead, Ernestine Milstead, and Edward White, Sr.

Pallbearers will be Ellis Farmer, Rusty White, Joshua White, Bo Alawine, Chris Alawine, and Randy Farmer.

The family would like to thank the staff of Bedford Care Center of Marion, MS, for their care and support over the last seven years, and the staff of 6th Floor (Center) at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson for their unwavering support and care for Mrs. Thomley and her family during her final days.
