Frances V. Whitlock

Funeral services for Frances Whitlock will be held Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Davey Wilkinson and Rev. Dale Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Meridian Memorial Park with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Whitlock, age 86, of Meridian, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.

She is survived by: longtime companion, Henry “Buddy” Parten; sons, Mitchell Tillman (Syble) and Frankie Tillman; grandchildren, Angela St. John, Ashley Kacher (Michael) and Cole Tillman; great grandchildren, Aiden St. John, Aaron St. John, Chloe Kacher, Adalyn Kacher and Bryant Kacher; brother, David “Jug” Johnson; sister, Jackie Edwards; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: husband, Othel Whitlock; parents, Riley and Nellie Johnson; and siblings, Sam Johnson, Riley “Dubby” Johnson, William “Red” Johnson, Jim Johnson, Edna Buckley and Ceola Grantham.

Pallbearers will be: David Johnson, Jimmy Johnson, Jacky Johnson, Johnny Johnson, Ronnie Grantham and Johnny Russell.
