Fredna Jean Shirley Powell

Funeral services for Mrs. Fredna Jean Shirley Powell will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home. Dr. Raymon Leake and Bro. Brad Sliger will officiate the service. Burial will be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Clarke County. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Powell, age 88, of Snell, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her daughter, Gail Dearman (Larry); daughter-in-law, Martha Powell; three grandchildren, Bryan Dearman, Kelli Sheffield (Tripp), and Brenda McInnis (Jason); six great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; and numerous friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clovis Powell, Jr.; one son, Keith Powell; her parents; Colie and Kate Shirley; and six siblings.

Pallbearers will be Bryan Dearman, Jason McInnis, Todd McInnis, Ty McInnis, Malcom Davison, Jr., Steve Jellenc, Wayne Shirley, and Stanley Shirley.

The family requests donations be made to Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
