Geneva Ruby Rigdon McDonald Services for Ruby Rigdon McDonald will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Davey Wilkinson and David Keller officiating. Burial will be at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Neshoba County. Mrs. McDonald, 72, of Meridian passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Golden Living Center. Mrs. McDonald was a member of Coker's Chapel United Methodist Church where she was active in the United Methodist Women. Ruby married Jerroll Rigdon Jan. 26, 1960, he died Oct. 26, 1985, she married Maurice Lamar McDonald June 22, 1990, he died May 9, 2006. She worked for The Meridian Star for approximately 15 years as Circulation Deputy. She loved to travel and especially NASCAR races Survivors include daughter, Tina Marie Rigdon Meadows and husband, Curtis of House community, sons, Jerrell Andrew Rigdon, and Robert Hughey both of Meridian, grandchildren; Dalton Lee Miles, Dustin Andrew Matthews, Anna Marie Matthews, Leigha Banard, and Bridget Lynn Cole, brother; Tony Partrige and wife, Shelby, of AR, sister; Linda Sue Bigelow and husband, Ben, of WI, Bro; Gene Partrige, wife, Mary Ellen, of AL and lifetime friends, Kay Furline and Mary Parten; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husbands, Jerroll Rigdon, Sr. and Maurice Lamar McDonald and a sisters, Barbara Ann Dewart, Sarah Nelson and Dora Lenell Partrige.
