George Creed Guinn Funeral services for George Creed Guinn will be held Friday, May 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Gibb Prince officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Guinn, age 90, of Meridian, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at his home. Creed served in the United States Navy Dental Corps in World War II. Later, he worked for 37 years as a pharmaceutical sales representative and retired in 1987 from Pfizer (previously A. H. Robbins). He was a loyal member of Andrew Chapel Methodist Church, and enjoyed singing with the men's quartet. Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Barbara Jo Guinn; nephew, Gary Guinn; nieces, Lisa Sanders, Donna Fulmer, Diane Radcliffe, and many other nieces, nephews, and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bennett and Mae Guinn, and his twin brother, Jesse Reed Guinn. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home.
