George “Joe” Mcdade

Funeral services for Joe McDade will be held Friday, December 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Rev. Keith Lovett officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Kemper County with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. McDade, age 63, of Meridian passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Joe retired from the Mississippi Air National Guard in 2003, after 32 years of service. His favorite past time was spending time with Jolene in Tennessee at his cabin.

He is survived by his wife, Jolene McDade; his mother, Marguerite McDade; his sons, Joseph A. McDade (Danielle), Richard W. McDade (Danielle) and Tommy H. McDade; his step-children, Kay Pierce, Kim Garrett (Mike), Lori Davis (Greg) and Phil Pierce (Penny); his grandchildren, Cody, Charlie, Riley, John Thomas, Chaney, Bailey, and Brooks McDade; and his uncle, John Clark McDade.

He was preceded in death by his father, George V. McDade and his uncle, E.H. “Bunky” McDade.
