Funeral services for George Sims will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Rose Hill, MS with Bro. Michael Sims and Bro. Cody Bruce officiating, burial to follow at church cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.

Mr. Sims, age 76, of Pachuta, MS passed away August 11, 2019 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS.

Survivors include his sons, Michael Sims (Becky) and Raymond Sims; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Sims; sister, Mattie Sims and nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mary Sims; wife, Ada Sims; son, George Sims; daughter, Angela Spears; brothers, Raymond and Armand Sims; and sister, Dorothy Smith.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Daniel Foreman and Christopher Sims and the men of First Baptist Church of Rose Hill.
