Gladys Limerick Null Funeral services for Gladys Limerick Null will be Saturday, October 20, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel in Meridian. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. A visitation will be held Friday, October 19, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Gladys Limerick Null, 90, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012, at Monroe Manor in Paris, Missouri. She was born August 26, 1922, in Kemper County Mississippi as the second of ten children of Levi and Ruby Wedgeworth Limerick. She married Edward Null in 1938 and they raised two children at Lauderdale, Mississippi, where she resided until 2008, when she moved to Missouri to be near her daughter. She is survived by two children, Mrs. Dale (Erion) Bergmann of Paris, Missouri and Ralph Null of Columbus, Mississippi. Her grandchildren Mr. & Mrs. David (Laura) Bergmann of Paris, Missouri and Rev. and Mrs. Matt (Rachel) Woodford of Oswego, Illinois. Great-grandchildren are Caleb Woodford, Zachary Woodford and Jaelyn Bergmann. She is survived by five sisters, Ellen Wilkerson, Margaret Whitlock, Dorothy Collins, Joyce Drechenberg, Faye Webb and one brother Lynn Limerick. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two sisters, Madis Covington and Mary Lou Tice, and one brother John Limerick. She will be missed by a host of brother and sister-in-laws, chosen family friends, and her loved and adopted wide spread family that knew her as "Momma Null", "Ms Gladys", and "Grandma Gladys". She loved growing a garden, quilting, crocheting afghans, and was well known as a great cook who loved to entertain friends and family with her legendary "Southern Cooking". She loved to travel to visit her grandchildren and children and was most proud of her Alaska cruise and Canada trip on her 85th birthday. The family would like to give a special thank you to all the wonderful people of Monroe Manor, who gave such loving care during her last days. Mrs. Null's nephews will serve as pallbearers.
