Glenda F. Murphy Services for Glenda Faye Murphy will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 14, Hebron Baptist Church with Reverend Joe Joyner and Dr. Richard Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Murphy, 69, died at her home on Friday, February 11. She was a longtime secretary at Southeast Elementary prior to her days as a homemaker. She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school and served as a Senior Adult Coordinator. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bobby W. Murphy; her sons, Bruce and his wife Sandy, Bryan and his wife Rita; grandchildren Drew and Colby Murphy; brothers, Larry Stephens of Sevierville, TN and Rodney Stephens of Meridian. She was preceded in death by her parents Jacob L. and Imogene Stephens, and brother, Meredith Stephens. Pallbearers will be: Glenn Harper, Wyatt Harvey, Steve Satterfield, Glen Stephens, Jay Stephens and Ross Wingo. The Family requests memorials be made to Hebron Baptist Church Building Fund.
