Ms. Holliman, 79, of the Energy Community, died Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at her home.
Ms. Dean was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many. She was a long-time member of Bucatunna Baptist Church, where she faithfully served wherever she was needed and attended for over 45 years. Dean worked as the administrator for Pine Ridge Waste Management, where she faithfully served for over 25 years. She enjoyed shopping, and she loved traveling. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a feisty spirit with a big heart; to know her was to love her.
Ms. Dean is survived by her children, Kim Shirley (Paul), Lisa Boudreaux (Paul), Melinda Darnell (Allen), and Sean Holliman; grandchildren, Brianna Mott, Ashton Vinet (Gus), Adam Shirley (Audrey), Christopher Holliman, Emily Klem (Leo), Faith Diaz (Rigo), Cayleigh Holliman, and Christa Holliman; great-grandchildren, Gus Vinet, Zac Vinet, Nick Vinet, Lexi Bryce Vinet, Kamp Vinet, Cason Mott, Colbie Mott, Samuel Klem, Anderson Shirley, Athena Diaz, Andrew Klem, Amelia Shirley, and Atticus Ventle; her brother, G.C. Weaver; her special companion, Steve Hill; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Ms. Holliman is preceded in death by her parents, G.W. and Dellie Weaver; her sisters, Jean Kinard and Marlene Moffett; her daughter-in-law, JammieAnn Holliman; and her grandson, Christian Holliman.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Cochran, Jason Davidson, Gus Vinet, Zac Vinet, Nick Vinet, and Kamp Vinet.
