Grady "Cleveland" Jay, Jr. Services for Grady "Cleveland" Jay Jr. will be held Friday, May 13, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Andy May and Reverend Marvin Cooper officiating. Burial will be at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Jay, age 67, of Collinsville, died Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Anderson Hospital. He was a retired conductor/switchman with Southern Railroad. He was also a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church and a graduate of Meridian High School. Survivors include daughter, Candace Jay Moffett and husband Tim, of Collinsville, Son, Brian Cleveland Jay, of Kosciusko, MS, Sister, Eloise Butler and husband Tommy Joe, of Meridian, Peggye Jay Lefevre and husband Meurice, of Atlanta, GA, Sister, Pam Jay Davis, of Meridian, Grandchildren, Madison, Leighton, and Colton Moffett, and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Jay was preceded in death by his parents Grady C. Jay Sr. and Ethel Fuller Jay. Family requests memorials be made to Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery fund or Gideon's International.
