Guy B Harvey, Jr.

A Mass of Christian burial celebrating the life of Mr. Guy B. Harvey, Jr. will begin at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 9, 2026, at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Fr. Augustine Pallimattam officiating. Inurnment will follow at the church columbarium. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Harvey, 80, of Meridian, died April 1, 2026, at Sanctuary Hospice in Tupelo, MS following an extended illness.

Mr. Harvey was a devout Catholic and member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Meridian. He retired from Roadway Express after a career spanning over 35 years. He was a graduate of Mississippi State University. Guy was also a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in the Vietnam War. He will be remembered as a kind friend to all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Ana M. Harvey; his sister Mary Ruth Baker (Archie) and his brother Joe Harvey (Helen); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Mr. Harvey is preceded in death by his parents, Guy Brett Harvey, Sr., and Ruth Meador Harvey.
