Henderson R. Tabb

Funeral services for Mr. Henderson Tabb will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Bro. Dennis Robinson officiating. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Robert Barham Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Tabb, age 85, of Dalewood passed away, Monday, December 11, 2017 at Rush Hospital.

Mr. Henderson retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer after serving for twenty-three years. He loved to hunt and fish, and he was an avid fan of East Mississippi Community College’s football team where he was an alumni. His friends and family will remember him as a jokester and prankster.

He is survived by his children, Ricky (Julie) Tabb, Jerri (Billy) Gardner, Gregory (Jennifer) Tabb, and Michael Tabb; grandchildren, Ryan Tabb, Sarah Tabb, Will Gardner, Jayme (Jason) Watts, Zachary Tabb, Mason (Jordin) Tabb, Christian Roberts, Hannah Brasuell, Dakotah Holliday, Michael Alan Tabb, and Kathleen Gail Tabb; great-grandchildren, Parker Tabb, Robert Gardner, Jake Watts, Sam Watts, and Charlie Kate Tabb; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Tabb; his parents, Dudley and Rueber Tabb; siblings, Earl Tabb, Laverne Guidroz, Nadine Taylor, Welthie Lee Cleveland

Pallbearers will be Ryan Tabb, Will Gardner, Jason Watts, Zachary Tabb, Mason Tabb, Christian Roberts, Dakotah Holliday, and Michael Alan Tabb. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jimmy Henley and Houston Garrett.
