Henry Grady Fitts, Jr.

Graveside service for Mr. Henry Grady Fitts will be Monday, November 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Owen officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Visitation was Thursday, November 17, 2016 at the Richard J. Modell Funeral Home in Homer Glen, IL.

Mr. Fitts, age 87, of Orland Park, IL, passed away November 12, 2016.

Henry was a volunteer at Palos Hospital for many years and made many friendships with “the guys”. He was a true “Southern Gentleman” loved and respected at Bayer Corporation, where he worked as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing before retiring.

Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Andrea “Andi” Spring O’Donnell; daughter, Cynde (Bobby) Ingram of Collinsville, MS; sons, Daryl (Sandy) Fitts of Sugar Grove, IL, and Mike (Sheila) Fitts of Columbia, SC; grandchildren, Lauren, Charles, Samantha, Kevin, and Abigail Fitts.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Faye Carol Hill Fitts; his parents, Henry Grady and Margaret Fitts; and sister, Peggy Richardson.
