Horace Garrard

Graveside services for Mr. Horace Garrard will be held Thursday, March 15, 2018, at 2:30pm at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Brother Jack Kern will officiate the service. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Garrard, age 82, of Meridian, passed away on March 12, 2018, at Rush Foundation Hospital.

Mr. Garrard retired from Atlas Roofing; he drove a diesel truck for fifty years.

Survivors include his children, Teresa Garrard and Lori Garrard; grandchildren, Jeffrey Nowell, Stephen Nowell, and Katie Nowell; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Thadeus Garrard, Johnny Garrard, Frances Volheim, and Ronnie Garrard; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of forty-two years, Katherine Dearman Garrard; his daughter Sherri Garrard; his parents, Harvey and Estelle Garrard; and his brother, James Clark.
