Hubert B. "Doc" Wright Services for Hubert B. "Doc" Wright will be held Sunday, July 15, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Wayne Edwards and Reverend Bill Webb officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Wright, 77, of Meridian died Friday, July 13, 2012, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a member of Midway Baptist Church and a former member of Bond Baptist Church in Philadelphia. Mr. Wright was a Mason, and was retired as a supervisor in furniture manufacturing and also retired from the Army National Guard. He will be remembered as a loving husband, Dad and Papaw. Survivors include his son Capt. Keith Wright of Meridian; daughter Debbie Adams and husband Kevin of Collinsville; grandchildren Devin Adams and Ashley Adams; sisters Evelyn Chadwick of Philadelphia, Linda Breedlove and husband Jimmy of Philadelphia and Frances Patterson and husband L. J. of Preston; sister-in-law Johnnie Wright of Philadelphia and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Alene Wright; brother Howard "Dude" Wright and sister Beth Williamson. Pallbearers will be Jeff Palmer, Randall Breedlove, Jimmy Breedlove, D. J. McCarter, Tony Wright , and David Kerwood. Honorary pallbearers will be Rod Ezell and James Davidson.
