Jacob Evan Brewer

Funeral services for Mr. Jacob Evan Brewer will begin at 12 o’clock noon, Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Danny Hall officiating. Interment will follow at Sand Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Hickory. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Brewer, 33, of Meridian, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Jacob was an avid music lover and a talented musician. He played bass and sang with Outlaw Radio. He was a loving father, a kind and hilarious friend, to many people having never met a stranger; to know him was to love him.  Jacob loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them whenever possible. He was a hard worker, having worked construction for many years he took a leap of faith and began his own business for over a year, J.B. Dry Wall and Painting.

Jacob is survived by his wife, Layla Brewer; children, Krista Brewer, Kaleb Brewer, Jacob Brewer, Jada Brewer, Jax Brewer, Jordan Brewer, and Kash Cain; mother, Linda Harris; brother, Michael Brewer (Traci); nephew, Connor Brewer; siblings, Tristan Harris, Wendy Harris (Steve), Justin Harris (Virginia), Stephen Harris (Alex), as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Jacob is preceded in death by his father, Grady Brewer; step-father, Dennis Harris; and son, Jagger Brewer.

Pallbearers will be Michael Brewer, Kaleb Brewer, Brad Roberts, Bryant Reynolds, Michael Smith, Hunter Smith, Bill Rawls.
