James Otis Boswell Graveside service for James Otis Boswell will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery, with Dr. Richard Wallace and Reverend Tommy Jones officiating. Mr. Boswell, 82, of Meridian passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at his residence. Mr. Boswell was a graduate of John W. McClure School of the National Hardwood Lumber Association in Memphis, Tennessee. He enjoyed being outdoors, turkey hunting and spending time with his granddaughter, Liz. He was proud of his granddaughter, Kate, who is in her freshman year at Ole Miss. Survivors include his wife of sixty-three years, Imogene Boswell; daughters, Kathy Hill and husband, Keith and Donna Sprabery and husband, Dr. Pat; granddaughters, Kate and Liz Sprabery and Emiley Jackson; step-grandson, Zachary Hill; brother, Henry F. Boswell, Jr. and wife, Doris and sister, Helen Smiley and husband, James. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry F. Boswell, Sr. and Janie Boswell. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the David Sunday School Class at Hebron Baptist Church and his nephew, Jimmie Moore.
