James Chase Griffith

Funeral services for Mr. James Chase Griffith will begin at 11:00 am Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home chapel with Dr. John Temple officiating.  Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.  Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Griffith, 32, of Meridian, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2019 at his home.

Chase will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He enjoyed working on cars and riding four-wheelers, and spending time with River and playing with his dog, Buck.

Survivors include his parents Dr. James C. and LaNell Carroll Griffith; brother, Chet Griffith; nephew, River Griffith and nieces, Oakley and Ripley Griffith, as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Chase is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Sam and Virginia Griffith and maternal grandparents, John and Lona Carroll; and cousins Ashley Carroll Hensley and Thomas Anderson.

The family requests memorials be made to Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
