James L. Herrington Memorial services for James L. Herrington will be Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 11:00 at Abundant Life Tabernacle, Hwy 19, with Reverend Larry Melton officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Herrington, 72, of Union, MS died Saturday, April 3, 2010 at J.G. Alexander Nursing Home. He was retired as a Medical Engineer. Survivors include his wife, Sonjia Crocker Herrington of Meridian; children, Fred Herrington and his wife Pam of Crystal Springs, MS; Tim Herrington of Collinsville; Denise Jones of Meridian; Divonne Herrington of Jackson; Dawn Secrist and her husband Jimmy of Meridian; sisters, Sybil Laird, Nell Barker, Martha Lee; brother, Ken Herrington; grandsons, Christian Shows and Tyler Shows; granddaughters, Jenny Jones, Sheena Secrist, Semper Jones, Haley Anna Secrist and Ashley Peoples.
