Graveside services for James “Jimmy” P. Adcock will be held Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at Jacksonfield Cemetery, with Brother Steve Winstead officiating. Burial will be at Jacksonfield Cemetery in Nanih Wayia Community with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Adcock, age 74, of the Meehan Community passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017 at his residence.
Jimmy was a Vietnam Veteran who served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy, he retired from Slay Steel.
Survivors include his wife, Belinda Adcock; son, James R. Adcock, II (Lisha); daughter, Denise Wheat; grandchildren, Aidan Adcock, Ali James Adcock, Matthew Welde, Arron Welde, Cody Welde, and Shelby Wheat; great-grandchildren, Bella Welde, and David Welde; brothers, Charles Adcock, John Adcock; sisters, Onida Hall, Kathy Kittrell, Shirley Ivey, Teri Leslie, and Margaret McGraw; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by John C. and Bernice Goodin Adcock.
