James T. Lumley A memorial service will be held at a later date for James T. Lumley. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Lumley, age 86, of Meridian, died Friday, March 2, 2012, at his residence. He served in the U.S. Army and was a decorated WWII veteran. He retired after 30 years service from National Can in Chicago, IL. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa M. Lumley of Meridian; son James Lumley, Jr. of AZ; son-in-law, C. Paul Foy; two grandchildren; sisters, Eva McGuire of Meridian, and Sue Korbel of Chicago, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Violet A.
