A memorial service for "James" Earl Henry Reed will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Roy Dabbs officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Reed, age 59, of Meridian, died Saturday, March 23, 2013 at The Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, and worked as a taxi driver for over 27 years. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Sue Reed of Meridian; son, James Earl Reed of Meridian; sister, Nellie Mae Burch and husband, Tim of Toomsuba Community; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois Dean and Billie Earl Reed; and his brother, Mark Hulon Reed.
