Graveside Services for Mr. James Taylor will begin at 11:30 am Friday, March 8, 2019, at the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Newton, with Rev. Larry Reynolds and Rev. Jack Kern officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Taylor, 78, of Meridian, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019 at his residence.

Mr. James was retired following a 30 year career with the U.S. Navy. He was also a long time member of the Shriners as well as a long time Free Mason.

Mr. James is preceded in death by his first wife, Millie Taylor, as well as his parents, James and Juanita Taylor.

The family request memorials be made to The Shriners Children’s Hospital in Shreveport, LA, at 3100 Samford Ave. Shreveport, LA 71103, in lieu of flowers.
