Services for Jamie W. Williams will be held Friday, at 10:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home's Chapel, with Reverends Gary Bickford and Virgil Walters officiating. Burial will be in Energy Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Williams, 88, of Meridian, died Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at the VA Nursing Center in Kosciusko, MS. He was a World War II Veteran, serving in the Army. Mr. Williams was also a member of Four Square Church and The Masons. He is survived by his wife, Christine Williams, of Meridian, children, Jim Williams, and his wife, Nila, of Meridian, Jaynell Anderson, of Suqualena, Dorothy Slayton, and her husband, James, of Meridian, Doris Renfrow, and her husband, Herman, of Meridian, Rudolph Corley, and his wife, Nancy, of Meridian, her children, Terry Dearman, and his wife, Karyl of Meridian, Danny Dearman, and his wife, Pat, of VA, Randy Dearman, and his wife, Sandy, of AL, Timothy Cook and his wife, Teresa, of Richland, Jeanette Dearman, of Meridian, Debbie Gibson, and her husband, Bobby of Meridian, and Sheila Davis, and her husband, Laverne, of Meridian, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bertie Mae Corley Williams, and his sons, Jerry Williams and Ralph Corley. Pallbearers will be Terry Dearman, Danny Dearman, Randy Dearman, Timothy Cook, Jerry Corley, and Laverne Davis. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 at the Funeral Home.
