Jean G. Bailey Memorial services for Clara Jean Gentry Bailey will be held Thursday March 25, 2009 at 6:00PM at the First Christian Church of Meridian, MS with the Reverend Tom Sykes Officiating. The arrangements are in the care of Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, 6300 HWY 39 North, Meridian. Mrs. Bailey, Born April 15,1932 passed away peacefully and quietly Sunday evening, March 14th, in the comfort of her home, at Dalewood, with her loving husband, of 23 years, Roy at her side. Jean was the Daughter of late Robert L and Clarinda Thornton Gentry of Meridian. Jean is survived by her husband Roy Bailey of Dalewood, daughters Donna Parker and her husband Sean of Champlain, NY, Catherine Forbes of Jaffrey NH and Pamela Kay Kight and her husband Todd of Spicewood TX., four grandchildren, Audrey Jean Kelton and Taylor Jeffrey Kelton also of Jaffrey NH, Samuel Forbes Parker and Claire Gentry Parker also of Champlain NY, one brother, Robert Arlie Gentry and his wife Ernestine of Albany GA, a Sister-in-law Jean Gentry of Meridian and many more nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Jean was predeceased by two brothers, H.S."Dan" Gentry and James O. Gentry.
