Graveside services for Mrs. Jeanette White Cook will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Dr. John Temple officiating.

Mrs. Jeanette White Cook, age 85, of Meridian, MS passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025, at her home.

Jeanette was a longtime member of Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church where she worked in the nursery and daycare. She loved caring for the children. Jeanette was an avid shopper, and her favorite store was Hudson's Treasure Hunt. She enjoyed yard work and tending to her garden.

She is survived by her daughter Sharon Cook, sister, Brenda Ferry (Ed), brother-in-law, Jack Pace, sister-in-law Georgia Gaillard, daughter-in-law, Felisa Cook, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Cook, son Ronald E. Cook, her parents, Milton R. White and Elsie Estelle White, brother, Milton E. White, and sister Mary Lou Pace.
