Jennifer L. Blasi Memorial services for Jennifer L. Blasi will be held Monday, July 19, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Philip Church, 1 Father Conlon Place, Norwalk, CT with the Reverend Michael Boccaccio officiating. Ms. Blasi, 31, of Lauderdale, MS, died unexpectedly on Monday, July 12, 2010 at the home of her aunt and her husband, Michele and Michael Kilcran of Ridgefield, CT. Jennifer and her family came from Mississippi to attend the funeral of her Aunt and Godmother, Stephanie Janosko in Norwalk, CT on Tuesday. She was born in Norwalk, CT, June 8, 1979, a daughter of the late Thomas Blasi and Betty (Clayton) Blasi-Smith of Meridian,MS. An area resident until 1984, she moved with her family to Mississippi where she attended local schools and graduated from Meridian Community College in 1999 with a degree in nursing. In addition to her mother, Betty Blasi-Smith; she is survived by her step-father, Bobby R. Smith; a sister, Corri Blasi; two step-brothers, Justin Smith and his wife , Leah and Brian Smith all of Meridian, MS; her aunt, Michele Kilcran and her husband, Michael of Ridgefield, CT; an uncle, Michael Blasi and his wife, Robin of Brookfield, CT; a nephew, Christian Thomas and several cousins.
