Jimmie M. Rash Services for Jimmie M. Rash will be held Saturday, November 12, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Reverend Allan Randall officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Ridge United Methodist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Rash, 64, of Collinsville, died Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at his residence. He attended Old Collinsville School and West Lauderdale. He retired from NAS Meridian as a mechanic on the Trainer Planes. Jimmy loved music, he played bass guitar, and green onions was his and everyone's favorite. He was a member of Pleasant Ridge United Methodist Church and loved his church family. He knew he was loved and we knew he loved us. Survivors include his wife, Judy Rash of Collinsville, MS; daughter, Alisha Rash Nelson of Collinsville, MS; son, J.J. Rash and wife Jamie of Collinsville, MS; daughter, Lisa Morgan of Stonewall, MS; four grandchildren, Kristen Lewis, Dylan Killen, Kevin Ray Morgan, and Michael Morgan; step-daughter, Tammy McGowin; step-son, DeWaine Gibson; five step-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; brothers, J.W. Rash, Robert Rash and wife Debra, all of Collinsville, MS; sisters Helen O'Brien and husband Bob of Little Rock, MS; and Pauline Wilkinson of Collinsville, MS; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, and his loving church family and former wife, Glenda Rash. We all loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey "Buck" and Audie Stephens Rash; sister Lillian Scarborough; brothers Bill Rash and Willie Rash; and step-daughter Sue Griffin Sullivan.
