Jimmy Dale Rutherford Services for Jimmy Dale Rutherford will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at 2:00p.m. at Snell Church of God. Burial will be in Snell Church of God Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Rutherford, age 48, of Snell Community died Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at his residence. Survivors include his wife, Teresa Wolverton, of Snell Community, his children, Justin D. Rutherford, and his fiancé Gega, of Meridian, Josh Rutherford and his fiancé Angela, of Snell Community, his step-children, Justin Lee Tran and his fiancé Haley, Krystal Wolverton, of Conehatta, Tami Engram and her husband Anthony, of Conehatta, his parents, Clarice and James Rutherford, of Snell Community, his sisters, Glenda Atkinson and her husband Terry, of Quitman, Barbara Butler and her husband William, of Quitman, his nephew Thomas Atkinson and his wife Summer and their two children, his grandchildren Brooke Lynn, Brandon, Ethan, Blake, Kriss Lynn, and Marie, his mother-in-law, Margie Stewart, and his brother-in-law Eugene Stewart and his fiancé Shanna, his nieces, Stacey Ashe, her husband and son, of Livingston, AL, and Brandy Maxwell, her husband and two sons, of Tuscaloosa, AL. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Daniell. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at Snell Church of God.
