Jo Carol Jamieson

Mrs. Jo Carol Jamieson, 74 of Meridian, died Friday, October 24, 2025, at Ochsner Rush Medical Center in Meridian, following an extended illness. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Jo loved to fish and spend time with family and friends on the water. She was an employee of the City of Meridian where she retired after a career spanning over 25 years as an Account Clerk. She was an avid supporter of the Alabama Crimson Tide Football Team and cherished spending time with friends at the River Camp in Demopolis, AL.

Mrs. Jo is survived by her devoted husband of over 58 years, Chris Jamieson; their sons, Chuck Jamieson and Keith Jamieson (Heather); her grandchildren, Cody, Keaton, Lily, and Haden; two great-grandchildren; her brother, Dave Savell; her bonus daughter, Brandi Donaldson (Landry); as well as a host of extended family members and friends.

Mrs. Jamieson is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Minnie Savell.
