Joan Gullette

Graveside services for Joan Gullette will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at 2:30 p.m. at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, with Dr. Danny Lanier officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Gullette, age 80, of Meridian, passed away November 13 at Anderson’s.

Joan was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a homemaker by choice and taking care of her family brought her great joy. She was a kind woman who never met a stranger, brought compassion and comfort to those in need, and was loved by all that knew or met her. Joan will be deeply missed, but her family is grateful for the amazing legacy of love she has left behind.

Joan is survived by her sons, Louis Ray (Martha) Gullette, Jr. and Bryant Gullette and grandchildren, Gane Duggan Gullette, Christopher Ray Gullette, Madeline Gullette, as well as her beloved dogs, Bella and Sam.

She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-four years, Louis Ray Gullette, Sr.
