Services for Mr. Joe Houston Williams will be held Tuesday July 3, 2012 at 10:00 am at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Wade Ricks officiating. Burial will be in the Stonewall Cemetery . Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Williams, 76, of Collinsville, died Sunday July 1, 2012 at Rush Foundation Hospital. He was retired from Lauderdale County Schools where he served as Guidance Counselor at West Lauderdale. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Collinsville where he also served as a Sunday School teacher. Mr. Williams was an avid Ole Miss fan and loved his family and enjoyed many years as an educator. Survivors include his Wife, Mrs. Delores Fagan Williams of Collinsville; Daughter Sandy Stedman and husband Robert of Jackson; Son Joey Williams and wife Karen of Collinsville; Grandchildren Hayden and Ashlan Williams and Jack Stedman; Brother Perry Williams and wife Judy of Orange Beach, Al; Sister Patsy Riley and husband Van of Desoto, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Bertha Williams. Pallbearers will be Robert Stedman, Josh Matthews, Ken Butts, Scott Cooksey, Randy Smith and Damon Williams. Visitation will be held Monday, July 2, 2012 from 5:00 7:00 at the Funeral Home.
