Joedde White Simmons A private memorial service for Joedde White Simmons will be held at a later date with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Simmons, 62, of Meridian died Saturday, November 5, 2011, at Infinity Hospice. She worked as a dental hygienist and was also an instructor at the University of Mississippi Medical School in Jackson, Mississippi. Mrs. Simmons will always be remembered as a loving wife, beloved mother and grandmother. Survivors include her husband Jimmy T. Simmons of Meridian; sons Jimmy T. Simmons, Jr. and his wife Katie of Jacksonville, North Carolina and Eddie Simmons of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and her grandchildren Megan and Hunter Simmons of Jacksonville, North Carolina.
