John Brock O'Leary

A memorial service for Mr. John Brock O'Leary, Sr. will be held at a later date. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Brock O'Leary, age 88, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024, at UAB in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a hardworking, loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Brock loved spending time with his family and had a generous heart, where he loved taking care of them all. Brock spent his free time watching golf tournaments and working with his hands. He could build and repair anything, but most of all he enjoyed his work at his insurance business and the relationships with his clients.

Mr. O'Leary is survived by his wife of 63 years, Faye O'Leary; three children, John O'Leary, Jr. (Kaye), Paul O'Leary, and Beth O'Leary; four grandchildren, Connor O'Leary, Chris O'Leary, Erin O'Leary, and Jacob Harding, and three siblings, Bill O'Leary (Georgia), Ann Roberts, and Pat Wilder (Bobby).

Brock O'Leary is preceded in death by his parents, Paul Sr. and Dorothy O'Leary, and two siblings, Paul O'Leary, Jr. and Barbara Daly.
