Graveside services for John Tinnon Moseley Jr. will be held Saturday,April 3,2010 at 3:00 at Magnolia Cemetery,with Brother Richie Davis officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr.Moseley,88 of Meridian,died Thursday,April 1,2010 at Bedford Manor. Mr.Moseley was born and raised in Meridian.He was a World War II Veteran,proudly serving his country with the U.S.Navy.Mr.Moseley was stationed in Perth Australia,where he met his wife.Mr Moseley retired from McElroy plumbing ,and was a member of plumbing local #714. He was a mason with lodge # 308,and he was a member of the Grand York Rite of MS.Chapter 25. Survivors include his daughter,Margaret Ann Burt of Pensacola Fla,son,John Richard Moseley and his wife Virginia of Sacramento Ca,grandchildren,Karla Petrie and husband Erik of Panama City Fl, and Christopher Burt of Milton Fl. A great-grandchild, Alysa Petrie. Mr.Mosley is also survived by a sister, Maxine Lund of New Mexico and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Frances O'Brien Moseley, sister,Gladys Hanson, brother,Edward Moseley. Visitation will be held Saturday,April 3,2010 from 1:30-2:30 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home.
