Funeral services for Johnnie Evans will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Rev. Bob Followell and Bro. Gilbert Eaves officiating. Burial will be at Causeyville Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Johnnie Evans, age 69, of Meridian, MS passed away Saturday, December 14, 2019 at her home after a courageous battle with ALS.

Survivors include her husband, Fletcher Evans; children, Johnny Booker, David Hancock of Meridian and Samantha Hancock-Thomas of St. Louis, MO; sister, Rosemary Robinson-Onishi; 5 grandchildren, Morgan Dikes of Meridian, Eden Bobo of Houston, TX, Blaise Booker, Corrie Hancock of Meridian and John Cross Thomas of St. Louis, MO; grandson-in-law, Ethan Bobo; great-grandchildren, Eli, Easton and Dallis Jones of Meridian, and Axel Bobo of Houston, TX; special friends and caretakers, Jean Pulliman Secrest and Carolyn Newell.

She was preceded in death by parents, Johnny E. and Mary Marjorie Robinson.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.
