Joseph L. Blanks, Sr. Services for Joseph L. Blanks, Sr. will be held Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Causeyville Baptist Church with Brother Ryan Moore and Brother Dennis Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Causeyville Baptist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Blanks, 85, of the Causeyville community died Monday, November 28, 2011, at Autumn House. He was a member of Causeyville Baptist Church. Survivors include his son Joseph L. Blanks, Jr. of Causeyville; grandchildren Bridget Davidson and husband Brian, Amanda Pugh, Ron L. Warbington, Johnny L. Blanks and Rebecca E. Blanks; great grandchildren Austin and Jack Davidson. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy G. Blanks; daughter Judy Blanks Bearden and parents Johnnie and Gertrude C. Blanks. Pallbearers will be Ron Warbington, Johnny Blanks, Jimmy Irby, Lanoyette Smith, Richard Harold Reynolds and Stevie Smith. Honorary Pallbearers will be Fred Haguewood, Ray Boswell and Robert Earl Rutledge.
