Joseph “Joey” Lamar Branning, Jr.

Mr. Joey Branning, age 51, of Meridian passed away January 6, 2020, at Rush Foundation Hospital. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Joey was an avid hunter and could make any situation funny with his wonderful sense of humor. He was a beloved husband, son, dad, brother and friend. He will be truly missed by his family, friends and all that knew him.

Survivors include his wife, LeaAnn Branning; daughter, Ashlie Dial (Skeeter); sons, Blake Branning and Brandon Branning (Emily); mother, Kathy Terry (Doug); sister, Bambi Maheu (Bud); grandchildren, Cade and Landrye Hopkins, Gracie Whitehead, Graysen and Tatum Harper, Ryder Branning and Ella Joy Branning; maternal grandmother, Margie White; paternal grandmother, Edna Branning; nephew, Will Maheu and several cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Lamar Branning, Sr.; brother, Joshua Terry; granddads, Walker White and Clarence Branning.
