Memorial services for Mr. Joseph Randall Watson, Jr. will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Rev. Jeff Hancock officiating. Inurnment, with full military honors, will follow at Hamrick Cemetery. The family will receive guests from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the memorial service. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.
Mr. Watson, age 53, of Collinsville, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Ochsner Rush Hospital.
Joseph was born on December 6, 1972 in Meridian, MS to Joseph "Randall" Watson, Sr. and Charlene Ethridge. He graduated from West Lauderdale High School in 1992. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force, honorably serving his country until his retirement in 2020. In 2003, he married the love of his life, Tiffany Richardson, and to their union, two children were born. He was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, Mississippi State Football, Nascar, and spending time with his family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Tiffany; their children, Emma Mae Watson and Wylder Grace Watson; parents, Randall Watson (Lynn) and Charlene Ethridge; sister, Lori McKiethen (Tim); nephew, Destin Hutchinson; and numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joseph William Watson and Roberta Stuart; maternal grandparents, T.C. Glover, Sr. and Willie Mae Glover; stepfather, Tim Ethridge.
