Joyce Kelley Coleman

A graveside service for Joyce K. Coleman will be held Friday, January 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Pine Crest Cemetery, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Alabama with Rev. James Ruffin officiating, burial to follow. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Joyce, age 99, of Meridian passed away Friday, January 10, 2025 at Ochsner Rush Hospital.

Joyce was a devoted wife for over 71 years until her husband passed in 2015. Besides raising a daughter and twin sons, she volunteered as a Pink Lady at Rush Hospital for over 30 years and was a member of Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church for almost 60 years.

Survivors include her children, Connie Davis Flory (Joe), Judge Franklin M. Coleman (Donna), and Dr. Woodward L. Coleman (Susan); six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, M.L. "Buddy" Coleman; two grandchildren; and her parents, James Franklin and Mallie Kelley.

Pallbearers will be Cameron Coleman, Britt Kellogg, Dustin Kellogg, and Justin Bossertt.
