Funeral services for Mr. J.T. Clark will begin at 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church of Meridian. Interment will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mr. Clark, 85, of Meridian, passed away, October 24, 2018 at Anderson Regional Medical Center of Meridian.

Mr. Clark was an avid gardener and was also known as a Master Griller. He always worked in his yard and had a year-round vegetable garden; he was also the most amazing fix-it man for his daughters (at no charge of course) He loved spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Clark retired after 45 years as an Account Manager at Meridian Coca-Cola Bottling Company, CC Coin Caterers. He was a member over 50 years of Trinity Lutheran Church, where he served as an usher. He was also known as an amazing barber for all his family and friends.

Mr. J.T. is survived by his wife of 65 years, Miriam Clark; children, Gerald Clark (Cathy), Miranda Gonzalez, Mary Ruth Clark, Joseph Clark (Ernestine), Sheila Clark-Larkin (Ray Earl). 23 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and extended family. Brother, Lewis Clark (Carol), sister, Katherine Weddington (Archie); and daughter, Edna Burrage (Milton).

Mr. Clark is preceded in death by his parents, as well as five brothers and two sisters.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Clark, Gerald Clark, Ray Larkin, Lathein Watson, Dante’ Baker, Terrance Clayton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Daniel Clark, Antonio Baker, Joseph Watson, Steven Clark, Tony Pernell, Jr., and Christopher Clark.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 am prior to services at Trinity Lutheran Church.
