Juanice K. Hardy Services for Juanice K. Hardy will be held Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Raymon Leake and Reverend Charles Davis officiating. Burial will be in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Hardy, 78 of Meridian, died Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Rush Hospital. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and a former member of First Baptist Church of Meridian where she was the church secretary for many years. After retiring Mrs. Hardy stayed home to help raise grandchildren, as well as other children in the community. Survivors include her husband Charlie Hardy of Meridian; children, Charlene Pieper and her husband Fred of Columbia, S.C., Cindy Luther and her husband Jerald of Meridian, Terry Hardy of San Antonio, TX, Tammy Rush and her husband Dr. Leslie Rush III of Fairhope, AL; grandchildren, Lee Anne Cavin and her husband Wes of Greenville, SC, Amy Pieper of Greenville, SC, Jennifer Ellis of Meridian, Katie Daniels and her husband Dr. Justin Daniels of Jackson, Charlie Luther of Meridian, Emily Clay and her husband Ryan, Erin Hardy of Starkville, Leslie Rush IV, Drew Rush and Neely Rush, all of Fairhope; great grandchildren, Mac Cavin, Morgan Cavin, Allie Ellis, Lauren Ellis and Cooper Clay; sisters, Bernice Kirkland and Nancy Hardy and her husband Allen, brother, Fred Kirkland. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Lexie Kirkland; and brother, Wayne Kirkland. The family requests memorials be made to Fellowship Baptist Church Building Fund.
