Judie Bounds Rutledge Services for Judie Bounds Rutledge will be held Friday, November 16, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Marvin Cooper and Reverend Paul Queen officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Rutledge, age 54, of Meridian, died Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, and she was a former receptionist with Bill Etheridge Lincoln/Mercury. Judie loved her grandchildren, taking them camping, sewing, and cooking for her family. Judie was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005 and fought hard until the very end, using her time with her grandchildren as great motivation. Survivors include her husband, Tim Rutledge; daughter, Amber Carson and husband, Cade; sons, Whitney Bounds and wife, Scottie, and Kyle Rutledge and wife, Jodi; grandchildren, Cale Carson, Cane Carson, Briley Carson, and T.K. Rutledge; eight brothers and sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Karl Bounds; and a brother.
